Please read these terms and conditions carefully before making a purchase from Very Nice Things.
By using verynicethings.co.uk website you agree to the bound by these conditions. Any contract between us, weather for the use of the site or in relation to the purchase of products and services through the site will be governed by UK Law. Very Nice Things reserves the rights to change the terms and conditions from time to time by posting additions / new terms and conditions to this website.
How to Order
To keeps costs to a minimum for you we only take orders through our website. Select the item/s that you wish to buy and they will be added to your shopping basket. To see all the items you have selected to purchase click basket.You can remove items from your shopping basket by selecting the items and clicking delete. Once you are happy with everything in your basket and you have finished shopping click checkout. You can then choose your delivery address and will be advised of your total, including shipping costs. You will then be asked to select your method of payment. When you have entered your payments details through our secure system you will receive an email confirmation of your order which shall detail all of the products you have ordered. This does not act as a guarantee and if there are any problems we will contact you as soon as possible. If you having any difficulties please don’t hesitate to ring us on 0845 094 3772.
Please note when placing an order with Very Nice Things you will be automatically added to our mailing list (which we won’t share with any third parties) and you will receive updates on products, news and special offers. If you wish to be taken off the list you will need to select the unsubscribe option on any of the communications sent to you or alternatively email info@verynicethings.co.uk marking your email ‘unsubscribe’.
How to Cancel an Order
If you wish to cancel an order please email us at orders@verynicethings.co.uk including your name, order number and address. If your order has already been dispatch please follow our returns policy here.
Payment
We accept payment from most credit card and debit cards. Very Nice Things uses Paypal and Worldpay secure payments which processes the card details on our behalf via a secure site. We also accept payments via cheque and postal order – please allow up to 5 working days for cheques to clear before your order can be dispatched. We do not store your payment details.

Pricing and Availability
All prices shown are displayed in £ British pounds Stirling. Very Nice Things is not currently VAT registered. All availability for products will be listed on the Very Nice Things website.
Product Information
We take great care in ensuring that all the details and descriptions about our products are as accurate as possible and always aim to keep with website up to date with any changes. Very Nice Things reserves the right to withdraw any products from the website at any time. We may also refuse to process any transaction / for any reason or refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion.
Contract Cancellation
If you are not happy with products you have chosen and received, you are entitled to cancel this contract if you so wish under the Distance Selling Regulations, provided you exercise your right no longer than eight working days after the day on which you receive the products. Please note however that we pride ourselves on our commitment to the highest levels of customer service and will consider cases on a case by case basis, subject to the situation, after this period.
Should you wish to cancel your order prior dispatch, please contact us on orders@verynicethings.co.uk or telephone 0845 094 3772. If your order has already been dispatched we will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or, if you wish, a refund provided that the products are returned complete and in a reasonable condition. Where possible we would ask that you return the items with the original packaging. With the exception of faulty items or goods damaged in transit, please note that we are not responsible for return postage. Where goods are delivered to a third party you will need to be able to return the goods you ordered to us to be able to exercise this right.
